For HR and D&I professionals, reality often looks like:
✔️Having blind spots on what the problem areas are
✔️Overloaded with work and not knowing where to start
✔️Being unable to quantify the impact of their work
✔️Struggling to tell what has worked well for others
The D&I Index provides the data, insights and guidance to take actions that are proven to work and build a compelling business case. All of this is backed by purely objective data from sector peers.
Securely submit your policies and pseudonymised employee data to get started.
Passed data submission, we score your HR performance using four measures evaluated from 1 to 100 (representation by level, representation by talent area, tenure by level, pay differentials by level).
Each category carries different weighting, as do each of the broad hierarchy levels.
No arbitrary scoring:- Score are defined relatively to your peer companies’ performance.- We use minimum quality thresholds so that best-of-the-worst companies won’t receive a great score if they are under the thresholds.
Receive a personalised list of relevant actions with the highest potential for your performance and start driving your organisations towards a more diverse and inclusive future.
