We have been working with HR Data hub for around 6 months. We have found the site very easy to use, and invaluable in benchmarking. It makes data easily accessible. The work the team are doing on Diversity and Inclusion is amazing. I would highly recommend.

In an age where we as Human Capital professionals, need access to credible data/resources in order to make informed decisions – HRDH does just that. I’ve been particularly impressed by their D&I platform in addition to the Job Aggregator Tool, particularly amongst the backdrop of the “Great Resignation” and the war for diverse talent”.
HR Data Hub has helped me to access reward data that would otherwise be unavailable to me. This data provides me with great insights into similar businesses and their reward practises & strategies.

As an early adopter of HRDataHub it has been great to see the platform go from strength to strength over the past couple of years. HRDH provide high quality data, especially within our sector (construction and infrastructure). The user interface is market leading with regular development and improvements made to the overall service.
EDF joined with HRDataHub as one of their founding members of the Infrastructure Forum. In subsequent years we have been impressed by their ability to continually develop and expand their range of innovative services and offerings.We have always found David and his team to be proactive, supportive and responsive to requests we have made for assistance and information. Recently the airport has developed the positions of Reward Manager and Culture & Engagement Manager and the Data Hub has been an invaluable resource for benchmarking and benefit reviews. In addition, the fact they are moving into the D&I space is incredibly exciting. The recent D&I webinar demonstrated just how fantastic this new resource will be, and we cannot wait to start using it and building a really robust D&I baseline.
We have joined HRDH as it gives us access to dynamic benchmarking data across HR and specifically in Diversity & Inclusion. The technology is simple and the regular community meetings are extremely useful.
The HR data Hub is proving to be an insightful mechanism in supporting our D&I work through the range of analytics it provides as well as research material and community networks.
