What are D&I Leaders saying?

The D&I Index combines great tech and with evidence-based actionable insights to give employers a very transparent and practical resource. It's a refreshing and innovative approach.
The HR data Hub is proving to be an insightful mechanism in supporting our D&I work through the range of analytics it provides as well as research material and community networks.
Really impressed the team at HR DataHub are undertaking. Not only the platform but also the communities they are creating to help share best practice and drive sustained change, particularly in the D&I space – its fantastic to be a part of and I’m looking forward to seeing it grow.
The D&I Index measures an organisation’s performance across five characteristics: gender, ethnicity, age, disability and LGBTQ+.
Each of the five characteristics is scored using four weighted measures: representation, tenure, talent area and pay differentials at every level.
Scores are calculated against sector baselines and location, to ensure the scoring is fair. No subjective data is taken into account which makes the D&I Index truly data-driven.
